ARE YOU EVEN HELPING?
With Sushant Singh Rajput's sad demise I don't know why people are just running after the psychological help groups or the helpline for supporting people who are part of mental abuse or not able to talk out aur vent out. It is easy to come on social media platforms and suggest various paraphernalia of beliefs and interest to people who are in some or the other way victimized. But to understand the other person's problem you need to be or keep your feet in that person's shoes and understand what is going on. If Sushant Singh Rajput died out of committing suicide then he must be preparing himself since months because to die a natural death is easy but to kill yourself mercilessly by hanging yourself on just a ceiling fan isn't. Life is just not like a candy that you will pop in your mouth it will melt and you will be done with it. Life comes with bitter pleasures too. Celebrities, journalists, and many more people from established professions come forward every time a person of their industry dies. Coming forward on Twitter Facebook and Instagram to show how dejected you are with the other person's death is easy but if you would have been a relative or a very close one what you would have done. No no no I am not at all questioning their i.e. the people of these industries integrity or emotions, freedom of expression is a right which every person deserves to have. But to an extent if a celebrity can die out of committing suicide then a person like a salesman who hasn't got a rise in his sales can also go in depression too, a businessman whose business has lately had a downfall can also have anxiety too, a teacher who just lost his or her job due to this pandemic can also suffer too, the housewife who used to have rest when everybody went to their own work and used to feel free from all the burdens can have severe level of stress too. Let me tell you one more thing that according to psychology studies, a person needs minimum 6 months to prepare for a suicide. So if you hear that a person had juice or something like that before he committed suicide aur was partying or having a Gala time with friends or family that does not mean that the person is not in depression, anxiety or stress or suffering from some kind of disorder. When you get suggestions like talk to the people around you whom you feel like are alone or depressed we cannot go straight away to a person and ask why are you so sad or how are you feeling because when one does not want to talk to we can't force the person. To open up in front of someone takes a lot of time. I would not say that people around me do that I am myself an ambivert but the people who are in a mental pressure and obviously live alone are highly introvert or forced ones. Please do not have a wrong notion that I am telling you to be selfish and not helping others but you and me and everyone need to understand that we can't help everyone because to help the other mental peace for our own self is very important and what I am trying to convey is start from your own self start cleansing your own mind and then move on to others and start helping them suggesting them ways to come out of it and be with them because if your own state won't be stable then with the other person you will get worse and self help is a remedy to every problem.
